Education

The School and Preschool Department of the Federal Resource Center for the Organization of Comprehensive Support for Children with Autism Disorders is the national presentation platform for the organization of education and support for children with ASD of preschool and primary school age.

The main goals of the School and Preschool Department are:

• development and testing of models of support and education for students with autism spectrum disorders, including the implementation of adapted basic general education programs, the development of special educational conditions, the provision of comprehensive psychological, educational, clinical and social care;
• approbation of adapted training programs and methods of work with children with ASD in the course of classroom, extracurricular activities, regime moments, corrective work;
• professional training.

Federal Resource Center has preschool and primary school educational departments with more than 200 children, recieving education and support in total aged from 1 to 18.
